Blackout Special Edition radiator shrouds and louvers are solid black powder coat finish inside and out with the RTC logo buffed back down to silver.  As with all of our shrouds, they were designed to be used with the factory shouldered mounting bolt (sold separately).  Using these products together provides maximum cooling efficiency.
